Special Order Items – Important Information About Returns
At Asus Accessories, we have a wide inventory of official Asus components stocked and ready to ship. However, some items are marked as “Special Order.” These parts are not kept in our regular warehouse inventory and must be located and sourced directly for your order.
When you add a Special Order item to your cart, you will see a notification explaining that the product is available upon request and may require additional lead time before shipment. See example below.
As these parts are ordered specifically, they are treated differently from standard in-stock items.
Accepting returns on certain highly specialized parts may result in us holding items that are so specific they’re unlikely to meet any other customers’ needs, resulting in wasted products. Therefore, all Special Order items may not be eligible for return.
Return Eligibility for Special Order Items
While we always do our best to accommodate return requests whenever possible, some parts are too specific to certain models or regions, for example. In those cases, we reserve the right to decline return requests for Special Order items.

Defective Items
If a Special Order item arrives defective, we will of course review the issue in accordance with our standard warranty and return procedures. Defective parts are handled after testing and confirmation by our technical team.
This policy allows us to continue offering access to rare and model-specific Asus components that would otherwise be unavailable.

Important Note on International Returns:
To avoid rejected packages or additional fees, any return sent to our warehouse in France must be declared as "RETURNED GOODS" on the carrier’s customs form. Any packages that are not properly declared may be refused and returned to the sender.
