To make a return, you will find a tab on our site entitled Return Request.
After indicating your email address and your password, you will then be redirected to a return request form.
Upon submitting your return request, you will promptly receive a return authorization slip. Please ensure inclusion of a copy of this PDF in your package, as it contains your RMA number, essential for the seamless processing of your return.
As part of our policy, customers bear responsibility for return shipping costs unless the return stems from our error or under specific cases prearranged with customer service.
Please note that if a return is accepted, the refunded amount will not include the original shipping cost.
When preparing your return, we kindly request extra care in packaging the item(s) being returned, especially if multiple items are involved, including both heavy and fragile ones in the same box. This precautionary measure is crucial to prevent items from shifting during transit, which could potentially result in damage. Such care ensures each item arrives safely and in its original condition.
To facilitate a smooth return process and qualify for a full refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- All returned products must remain unused and maintain the same cosmetic condition as when received, including any protective plastic if applicable.
- All returned products must be fully functional.
- All returned products undergo thorough testing.
- All serial numbers of shipped products are documented.
Important Note on International Returns:
To avoid rejected packages or additional fees, any return sent to our warehouse in France must be declared as "RETURNED GOODS" on the carrier’s customs form. Any packages that are not properly declared may be refused and returned to the sender.
