We do not charge any other fees than those indicated on your invoice. However, you may be subject to import taxes and fees assessed by the local government that FedEx will ask you to pay before delivering the product.
U.S. Import Duties & Taxes
- Starting August 29, 2025, all orders shipped from our European warehouse to the U.S. are subject to import duties and taxes under Executive Order 14324.
- These charges are set by U.S. Customs (CBP) and collected by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) upon delivery.
- Customers must pay these charges. If a package is refused, all costs (return shipping, customs fees, penalties) will be billed back to the customer.
