If you notice damage to the shipping box, please immediately check the contents of the package and inspect the product for any damage before accepting the delivery. If the product is damaged, refuse the delivery and report the damage to the carrier as well as to our customer support. If it is not possible to refuse the delivery, our customers have 72 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage that occurred during shipping. They must provide photos of the damaged products and packaging received so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Beyond this period, any return citing a broken part received will not be considered.
