Cancellation Policy and Procedures for Orders at ASUS Accessories
If you would like to cancel an order that you placed on our site, you can either send an email to us at contact@asus-accessories.com or log into your account and fill out a return request form. If we are able to process your cancellation request before the order has been shipped, you will receive a full refund. Please note that while we always do our best to honor cancellation requests, orders enter our preparation process immediately after payment. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible, even if the request is made shortly after the order was placed. The creation of a shipping label or the preparation status of the package does not necessarily mean that we can still intercept or stop the order.
If the item has already been shipped, our return policy apply and you will be refunded once the item is returned, not including the cost of shipping.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven (7) days of receiving your package. This right to cancel your order applies whether the product is new, used, or out of stock.
Before the end of the cancellation period, you must send Spare Parts Company LLC a written notice expressing your wish to cancel your order (by email or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt) or by filling in the electronic "Return Request" form available on our site.
The simple return of the goods without a declaration or refusal to accept delivery is not sufficient to express your wish to cancel the order. We will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return instructions. You must return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
